Two meters, one rate card, no tiers. Every account gets the same permanent free allotment each month.

Rates

ResourceRateFree each month
Storage€0.10 / GiB-month (metered daily)30 GiB-day
Egress€0.10 / GiB5 GiB
Egress = bytes leaving via pd dest http or pd pull (counted whether or not delivery succeeds). Billing cycle resets at 00:00 UTC on the 1st of each calendar month.

How storage is metered

You pay for what you hold, not what you write. Every day Pipedata samples the size of each pipe and adds it to a running total of GiB-days.
  • 1 GiB held for 30 days = 30 GiB-day → fits the free allotment exactly.
  • 4 GiB held for 30 days = 120 GiB-day → 90 GiB-day billable after the free 30 → €0.30.
A pipe contributes on every day it exists — including the day it was created and the day you delete it. Storage scales with calendar length: a pipe at constant 10 GiB costs 28 × 10 = 280 GiB-day in February and 31 × 10 = 310 GiB-day in March.

Worked examples

Quiet month — small pipe, light forwarding:
UsageBillableCost
1 GiB held for 30 days0 (fits 30 GiB-day free)€0.00
2 GiB egress0 (fits 5 GiB free)€0.00
Total€0.00
Active month — busier pipe, real webhook traffic:
UsageBillableCost
4 GiB held for 30 days (120 GiB-day)90 GiB-day€0.30
10 GiB egress5 GiB€0.50
Total€0.80
VAT/sales tax is added per country at invoice time. Beta accounts without a card on file are emailed at 80% and 100% of the free allotment; egress is throttled at 120% until a card is added.
